 In connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, we want to States pursuant to Art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016).

  5. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. The criteria for determining this period result mainly from the law on archiving.
  6. Depending on the nature of the processing, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to request rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object, the right to transfer data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. In addition, if the basis for the processing of your personal data is your voluntary consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  7. Providing your personal data, depending on the strictly defined purpose of processing, may be a statutory or contractual requirement or a condition for concluding a transaction.
  8. Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling referred to in art. 22 GDPR.

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 and article. 14 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
